Mo brings over ten years of recruitment experience, specialising in Accounting & Finance and Sales appointments across SME, corporate, and high-growth start-up environments before launching Inico Recruitment.
Splitting his time between London and the United States, Mo partners with clients on both sides of the Atlantic - solving business challenges through strategic recruitment, a deep network, and a sharp read of the market.
Outside of work, Mo is a dedicated West Ham fan and travels across the country to support his team. When not immersed in recruitment, you'll find him socialising with friends and family or exploring new restaurants. His diverse experience and dedication make him a trusted talent advisor.

Nearly a decade after settling in the UK, he has built deep expertise in recruitment, partnering with clients across sales, finance, and executive search to solve hiring challenges through a sharp understanding of the market and a well-cultivated network.

Hamish Wright
Chief Financial Officer
Hamish Wright is the Chief Financial Officer of Inico and the wider Recruitment Entrepreneur group, of which Inico Recruitment is a part. He brings over a decade of international finance leadership across recruitment, technology, and private equity–backed businesses.
Hamish previously served in senior finance roles at Levin, where he helped scale the business from 30 to over 700 employees, and at Robert Walters, where he managed finance across EMEA and North America.
Hamish brings strong expertise in financial strategy, M&A, and business transformation, supporting both Inico's growth and the long-term success of its clients.

With over 23 years of experience in delivering marketing, communications, digital, PR, and events programmes globally across multiple sectors. Sam brings a wealth of marketing knowledge to Inico Recruitment.
